Bio/Description
Bendert Zevenbergen (Ben) is a visiting research fellow at the Center for Information Technology Policy at Princeton, and a D.Phil candidate at the Oxford Internet Institute at Oxford. He is collaborating with the University Center for Human Values on a project that investigates the practical ethics and political theory of artificial intelligence engineering and governance. Ben is finishing his Ph.D thesis on the research ethics for projects involving unsuspecting Internet users, and has previously worked in EU politics as well as practicing as a lawyer. He holds an LLM in Information Law.
