Amy Gutmann, U.S. Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany and founding director of the University Center of Human Values, is one of five recipients awarded an honorary degree in 2022 by Princeton University. Ambassador Gutmann received a Doctor of Laws degree on May 24 at a ceremony that took place just prior to the 275th Princeton University Commencement held at Princeton Stadium.
