Plant-based nutrition, environmental health, animal advocacy, and related topics will be discussed at the Farm Days Festival 2023 which will take place on September 9 and 10 in Long Valley, New Jersey.  The theme “The Ethics of Eating” will be explored by keynote speaker, Peter Singer, Ira W. DeCamp Professor of Bioethics in the University Center for Human Values.  Andrew Chignell, Laurance S. Rockefeller Professor, with appointments in Religion, Philosophy, and the University Center for Human Values, will moderate the panel discussion and audience Question and Answer session.
