"Put a Price on Carbon Now!", an op-ed in Project Syndicate, Peter Singer and Kian Mintz-Woo link the current COVID-19 pandemic with climate policy by suggesting that the pandemic, and the current low cost of energy, makes now a better time to introduce a carbon tax compared to normal. 

Peter Singer, Professor of Bioethics, and Kian Mintz-Woo, Lecturer and Postdoctoral Research Associate, both at the University Center for Human Values, co-authored the piece. Kian Mintz-Woo will be joining the faculty at University College Cork, Ireland, this coming academic year.
