Macedo Elected President of the American Society for Political and Legal Philosophy

Stephen Macedo, the Laurance S. Rockefeller Professor of Politics and the University Center for Human Values, was elected President of the American Society for Political and Legal Philosophy, at the Society’s recent annual meeting.  Past presidents include Carl J. Friederich, John Rawls, Sheldon Wolin, and Judith N. Shklar.  The next meeting of the Society will take place at Princeton University, with the support of the University Center for Human Values, on September 27, 2019, on the theme of “Truth and Evidence.”
