UCHV Fellow in Law, Ethics and Public Policy, Federico Fabbrini, was invited to speak at the House of Lords, European Union Affairs Committee on March 1 to discuss the Windsor Framework, a trade agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom addressing the Northern Ireland Protocol.
