UCHV is delighted to share the good news that Peter Singer, Ira W. DeCamp Professor of Bioethics in the University Center for Human Values, along with Harvard University's Steven Pinker, has received the Frontiers of Knowledge Award in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Announced on March 9, the award is bestowed by the BBVA Foundation, and it was given to Professors Singer and Pinker "in recognition of their innovative academic contributions in the spheres of rationality and the moral domain, respectively, which have entered the mainstream of public debate."
