Johannes Kniess is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Values and Public Policy. His research interests lie in the fields of political theory, moral philosophy, and bioethics. He is particularly interested in theories of social and global justice, and their application to health policy. At Princeton, he will be working on a research project on the fairness and legitimacy of free trade agreements. Kniess is currently completing a D.Phil in Politics at the University of Oxford. He holds an MA (Diplom) from the Freie Universität Berlin. He is also affiliated with the Woodrow Wilson School's Niehuas Center for Globalization and Governance.
