Values and Public Life Certificate Program Now Accepting Applications

The University Center for Human Values is now accepting applications for the undergraduate certificate program in Values and Public Life from rising juniors and seniors in all disciplines. Applications must be completed and submitted online at by Thursday, September 30th.

Interested students are invited to attend an optional informational meeting on Friday, September 24th at 1:30pm in 301 Marx Hall. Students who cannot attend but who would like to find out more information are encouraged to make an appointment with Erin Rizk.

Students attaining the certificate will be equipped to bring informed discussion of values into the public sphere and to integrate a critical value perspective into their future studies and pursuits. The program will be directed by Professor Melissa Lane.
