Kimberly Ferzan wins 2013 Berger Memorial Prize

Kimberly Ferzan, a Laurance S. Rockefeller Visiting Faculty Fellow at the Center for Human Values, has been awarded the 2013 Berger Memorial Prize by the American Philosophical Association for her article, "Beyond Crime and Commitment: Justifying Liberty Deprivations of the Dangerous and Responsible." The prize is awarded every two years for an outstanding published article in philosophy of law.
