American Public Media's Civil Conversations Project Features Appiah

American Public Media’s program Krista Tippett on Being will feature Tippett’s conversation with Professor Anthony Appiah entitled “Sidling up to Difference” this month from August 4 – August 11 as part of the program’s Civil Conversations Project. Appiah, Laurance S. Rockefeller University Professor of Philosophy and the University Center for Human Values, will discuss his view on moral hostilities in America today with Tippett during the program, which can be found on the Civil Conversations Project’s website at http://onbeing.org/programs/2011/ccp-appiah.
