In the seven years since its enactment, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has survived multiple near-death experiences.  What the failure of President Trump and Congressional Republicans to coalesce around a bill to repeal and replace the ACA means for the future of health reform and the right to health care, and what you can do about it.
