Kimberly Mutcherson is an Associate Professor at Rutgers School of Law-Camden where she teaches Torts, Health Law Policy: The Global HIV/AIDS Epidemic, Family Law and Bioethics, Babies, & Babymaking. She has served as a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania and as a fellow at the Institute for Research on Women at Rutgers University. Her scholarly work encompasses family and health law with an emphasis on using health law topics to study the relationship between families and the state. Her work has appeared in the Harvard Women’s Law Journal, the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, the Nevada Law Review and the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law.
