Cristina Page

Cristina Page is the co-founder of Spence Chapin's Adoption Access Network
with Cori Lohser. The Adoption Access Network, which is comprised of
pro-choice adoption agencies nationwide, was established for the abortion
provider community and pro-choice movement as a trustworthy partner in
adoption. Cristina is also author of How the Pro-Choice Movement Saved
America: Freedom, Politics and the War on
Sexand
recently
moderated of a first of its kind online
forumbetween pro-choice and pro-life
people in search of common ground. Page has
consulted for many national pro-choice groups including The Center for
Reproductive Rights, The National Institute for Reproductive Health and her
pro-choice policy proposals have been adopted by NYC Mayor Michael
Bloomberg, Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, the Washington State
legislature and the New Jersey State legislature. Page has worked in the
editorial departments of Glamour and Ms. magazines, ran a gubernatorial
campaign in New York, and edited The Smart Girl's Guide to College. Her
op-eds have appeared in hundreds of newspapers nationwide including The New
York Times, Chicago Sun Times, Newsday, and the Baltimore Sun. She is
married with two sons and lives in New York City.
