M. Cathleen Kaveny is John P. Murphy Foundation Professor of Law and Professor of Theology at the University of Notre Dame. She works at the intersection of law, morality, and religion. She is currently completing a book entitled Prophetic Rhetoric in the Public Square: An Ethics of Discourse.
